-"Merchant" means the party whose SMS content is being promoted.
- "SMS Content" means the text messages, links, or other content provided by the Merchant.
- "Affiliate Link" means a unique link provided to the Affiliate to track referrals.
- Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
- Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- Affiliates must have a valid phone number and email address.
- Promote SMS content through affiliate links.
- Not send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Provide accurate SMS content information.
- Make payments to Affiliates for qualified referrals.
- Notify Affiliates of any changes to the SMS content or affiliate program.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice.
- Upon termination, Affiliate must cease promoting SMS content.
- Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
- This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Affiliates must provide a clear opt-out mechanism for recipients to stop receiving SMS messages.
- Affiliates must not send SMS messages that violate the TCPA or other anti-spam laws.
- Affiliates must ensure that SMS content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
